5 Cancer Causing Foods

5 Worst Cancer - Causing Foods

There are some foods that people who are at high risk for developing cancer should definitely avoid. Generally, says natural health researcher Mike Adams, they should avoid foods that contain ingredients known to cause cancer, such as refined sugars and grains , hydrogenated oils, and nitrates. But which foods are the absolute worst?

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1. Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

2. Hot dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

3.Processed meats and bacon

Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
4. French fries

Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acrylamides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

5.Chips, crackers, and cookies

All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats

Dochen Swiss (nano ray energized) Nanocollagen (7)

All materials are made up of atoms and molecules. When a far-infrared ray is being implanted, it will stimulate resonance and sympathetic vibration. These vibrations (at the rate of 29,800 per second) generate heat and enhance the absorption of collagen.

The Additional Benefits of Far-Infrared Rays Implanted Collagen

Thus, the implantation of far-infrared ray into collagen not only enhances its absorption and effectiveness, but also promotes the elimination and replacement of old collagen tissues. At the same time helps to improve micro-circulation, increases metabolism rate, strengthen body’s ability to repair and regenerate, delays the natural aging process.

Nano far-infrared rays implanted collagen products are not only able to deliver the goodness of collagen, but also the health benefits of far-infrared, giving you health and beauty within a capsule.

The combination of technology and product strategy will continue to be the leading advancement in new product development. It would be extremely beneficial in the preventative health care in the near future.

What are the Benefits of Far-Infrared Rays?

1. Stimulate the activation of water molecule, enhances body’s oxygen levels

70% of the human body is made up of water. This ratio is even higher in blood composition, up to 80%. If the vibration energy in blood is low, its water molecules will clump up becomes inactive (H2-O-H2), unable to flow freely between cells.

Far-Infrared rays activate the water molecules by imparting its vibration energy, forming individual active water molecules (H2O). This helps to improve oxygenation and thus body’s oxygen levels. As a result, the cells become more active, and this improves blood circulation, accelerate nutrition supply and metabolism rate. Consequently, you will feel more energetic and vibrant.

2. Improve Micro-Circulation System

Active water molecule can travel in and out cell freely, and with resonance and sympathetic vibration, it transformed into heat that increase the temperature beneath the skin. This dilates the blood vessels, increase blood flow rate and thus improve micro-circulation. This not only reduces the pressure to the heart, but also improves oxygenation and nutrition supply to the 6 trillion cells in our body. Better nutrients absorption, enhanced metabolism rate and improved toxins elimination can be expected. Many modern illnesses such as high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, cold and numbness of extremities are a result of poor micro-circulation. The blood vessel of the micro-circulation system is able to circle the globe for 3 rounds, and is called the second heart.

3. Promote Metabolism and Elimination of Toxins

When micro-circulation is improved, the by-products of metabolism and other toxins can be eliminated at a quicker rate, reduces the burden of liver and kidneys. This helps to purify the blood and improve general skin conditions.¬

The Relationship of Human Body & Far-Infrared Rays

The vibration energies of human body and the Far-Infrared rays are close in resemblance. The major compositions of cells are water, minerals and other high molecular weight polymer that constantly vibrate at the wavelengths of 5-30mm. Thus, accordingly to physics' theory, the human body is able absorb the far-infrared rays in large amount to restore its own energy.

Adidas Microbounce + FH008

I bought the latest Adidas running shoes besides my hotel in Shanghai.
I had a good run with them this evening on the treadmill. Seems a better feel than the top Nike range but from experience Nike shoes last longer.

I did 5.5 km on the treadmill in 30 mins, then swam 60 laps of the 20 meter pool in the fitness center at Jin Jiang Hotel. The fitness staff there at the end commented that I was very fit and asked me how to lose their belly.

careforchildren.com

Care For Children is a registered charity with tax free status in China. This organization works with the local and national government in China and have placed 200,000 orphans and underprivileged children into families.

Children living in institutions can never receive love, nurturing and care like they would in homes where there are parents as well as uncles, aunts and grandparents to support. Such love can never be found in orphanages. Care for Children works with the government agencies to place these children into homes.

Its office is in the outskirts of Beijing and was initially funded by the British government for 3 years and since it has been funded by donations. The staff here are dedicated and have a passion to make a difference to enrich the lives of orphans and underprivileged children.

Many aid donations never reach the needy but this team is at the ground level and I intend to support such a worthy organization. Though my contribution may be small at the moment, but it is not the magnitude but the desire to help out of love that counts. Go to their website and see their work (photos) during the recent earthquake in Chengdu.

In Malaysia there are tens of thousands of Vietnamese/Burmese kids born in refugee camps that are stateless (not a citizen of any country) and uneducated. These children were born in these camps and are now 18/19 years of age and roaming the streets.

What is Far-Infrared Rays?

Sun rays can be divided into visible and invisible lights. Generally, visible light is composed of seven colors, which are the rainbow colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple.

An infrared ray is a type invisible light with wavelengths ranging from 0.75 to 1000 millimeters. Depending on the wavelength, the infrared ray can be roughly divided into near- infrared ray, mid-infrared ray, and far infrared ray.

Far-infrared ray with wavelengths ranging from 4 to 14 millimeters are beneficial to humans. Its energy and resonances resemblance to that of living tissues, and therefore, is called “reproductive light”. This reproductive light can activate and stimulate natural growth of cells in both animals and plants.
