After dinner workout

Yeah! Finally managed to exercise 2 days in a row. Yesterday I swam and tonight I managed to run my 88kg body for 30 mins to close to 5kms on the treadmill.

A person loses fitness after 48 hours but due to being extremely busy, it has been a rarity to exercise 2 days in a row.

Sunday nite dinner with my parents, aunts, uncles and cousins

The venue was Ah Yat in Section 13.

They make a statement with a big sharks fin at the entrance.

Hulu Langat (Chinese) Primary School Teachers' Day dinner (27/6/09)

In Malaysia, because of insufficient funding those that are able will chip to raise funds or give their valuable time to make sure the local Chinese schools will continue to provide a Chinese-based education to the community.

Outside of greater China (Taiwan, China and HK), Malaysia has the best Chinese-based education system 华校. Even Singapore does not have a single Chinese-based school. In Singapore it is all English-based and at most they study one subject on Chinese since Mr.LKY got into power.
