Below sea level

I was traveling on a bus to go to the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea is 400m below sea level (the shores) and it is 380m deep.

Unfortunately I took no picture of me bathing in the Dead Sea (you cannot sink as the water is hyper saline) as traveling with no wife/GF I had to keep valuables including my camera in the bus.

I am trying to be a "Sneaky Chef" by cooking "Deceptively delicious" foods for kids :-)

I got 2 books from KLCC - The Sneaky Chef and Deceptively Delicious. These 2 books contain recipes to make kids eat healthy food and were mentioned on the Oprah show.

On the show they got kids to prepare sandwiches using greens and demonstrated that kids will eat what they had a hand in preparing.

2nd Global Award - Jan 24, 2010

Eleventh Hour was recipient of the Crystal Award and myself the Smart Entrepreneur award.



Handing out the award were YB Dato' Wira Chor Chee Heong (Deputy Finance Minister) in beige colored suit and YB Senator Dato' IR Wong Foon Meng (Yang D-Pertua Dewan Negara) in the blue batik.



I never considered myself to be a good businessman but consider myself very blessed to have a Lord who said "I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go" Isaiah 48:17.

Hakka Restaurant in Paramount Garden

My cousin brought me to a good Hakka restaurant in Paramount last night. I have been to a few but thus far this is the best.

We met this girl in Taipeh. She was serving us beer and only 19. We thot she would be good to be a model for our products so we sent her for a photo shoot.

Melaka 2010

I have not been to Melaka Raya for years and gosh it has really developed a lot. many malls and hotels that I have never heard of before. Next trip will be Penang.

Friends for Life

Christy and Allan were my neighbors in Malaysia and we were great friends. They migrated to Australia 4 years ago. They still remembered my birthday and Christy baked a cheese cake specially for me :-).



The cheese cake was really fantastic. I never knew the crust was made from Marie biscuits until today.
