At minute 4.55 you will see a guy with no arms, Zhariff Afandi. He actually completed the 6.5km swimathon in Terrenganu. I am training fo the KL marathon this year, next year maybe I will try this 6.5km swim.

KL marathon here I come!

I am registered for the KL marathon June 24th. Yes the full 42km and not the 21, 10 or 5km. Well my last pair of runners are well worn and has done its time. I got this pair of Brooks Glycerin at the Running Lab, Tropicana City Mall. Go there and there is a guy called Chong who will diagnose your running gait on a treadmill and the type of feet you have before recomending a type of shoe to you.

Finally a dragon dance

This is a dragon year so must have dragon and not lion dance. Uncle Boon Keat got it right at his Dialog Group's open house at Sime Darby Convention Center.

Buddha's palm -?fruit or plant

I saw this fruit or plant called Buddha's palm when I visited my uncle's house during Chinese New Year. Notice there are many finger-like projections. The belief is that the fingers will grasp prosperity for the owner while the other fruit will hold tight to what wealth you already possess.

I was dropping my friend back to KL Hilton and stopped by at Brickfields for Chee Cheong Fun. There was a queue even at 12 midnight! But it was damn yummy!

Jeweller Chow Tai Fook listed on the HKSE two weeks ago. It has a market capitalization of US$20 billion or HK$140 billion. It has over 1,500 points of sale in China. By God's grace our turn will come :-).

By comparison, on Saturday's The Star, I noted that Poh Kong had a market cap of RM170 million and Tomei's market cap was RM108 million.
