Dinner at Summer Palace Chinese Restaurant, Beijing

I forgot to take a photo of the best dish. It was a simple noodle soup. The noodle was really nice as northern China is more noodles than rice cf to southern China and the soup was boiled with fish until the bones melted. 3 bowls for me anytime!
