How to take Dochen Swiss Collagen Capsule

For Oral Administration:

1. Take 2 capsules, half an hour before breakfast or dinner. You will feel the different after few weeks. Your skin becomes brighter and more radiant.

2. Apart from swallow the whole capsule, you may add the collagen powder into fruit or vegetable juice. This helps to nourish the dry and dull skin, restore its smoothness and suppleness.

Other ways of using Dochen Swiss Collagen Capsule:
1. Enhance and Retain Skin Hydration:

Open one capsule, pour the collagen powder into a container, mixed with distilled or cold water until the marked dotted line --- area. Shake well and spray directly onto face, elbow, knee or other body parts. This helps to improve skin moisture and smoothness.

Keep the balance in the fridge immediately after use, and discard 7 days after reconstitution.

2. Enhance the effect of Facial Mask:
Open one capsule, pour the collagen powder into a container, mixed with distilled or cold water until the marked dotted line === area. Shake well and spray directly onto the mask. Put on the mask for 30 minutes. It’s normal to feel some tight sensation on your face. Remove the mask, rinse with clean water. You will feel that your skin becomes more radiant and soft compared to using mask alone.

3. Enhance the Moisturizing Effect of Moisturizer:
Take a small amount of collagen powder, and mixed well with any brand of moisturizer. Apply on face or other areas that need extra care. Its moisturizing effects are at least 3 times higher compared when it’s used alone.

4. Acne Care:
Open one capsule, pour the collagen powder into a container, mixed with 3-5ml of distilled or cold water OR a suitable amount of other topical gel. Mixed well and apply directly on the acne areas, 2 – 3 times daily. May alternate with other anti-acne preparations. This helps to speed up its recovery.
Keep the balance in the fridge immediately after use.

5. Speed up Wound Recovery and Lighten Scar:
Depending on the size of wound/ scar, mix a suitable amount of collagen powder with distilled or cold water. Apply directly onto the dried wound/ crust. It help to speed up wound recovery and lighten scars.

Note: This product is Swiss made. It’s highly concentrated and 100% water soluble. Above recommendations are based on the past experiences with our product, and may not be applicable to other collagen preparations.

All 'hashed' up!

All ready for 'hash'. All terrain shoes, gloves in case I grab a vine with thorns and long socks.

Hash run

Joined a hash run in Kota Damansara on Merdeka day. It rained heavily from 3-5pm and when we started running the track was damp and slippery (I do not have hiking shoes and only had normal jogging shoes, hence it was slippery).

Pulasan season at Chen family orchard

The pulasan, Nephelium mutabile Blume (family Sapindaceae), is a tropical fruit closely allied to the rambutan and sometimes confused with it. It has various common names, including pulasan in English, Spanish and Malay, kapulasan in Indonesia, ngoh-khonsan in Thailand, and bulala in the Philippines.

Usually eaten fresh, it is sweeter than the rambutan and lychee, but very rare outside Southeast Asia.

The Phillipnes are famous for their mangoes. This is the world's first mango rum from them. This sample bottle was given to me by the distillers who has been in biz since 1852 (limtuaco.com) - really nice to drink!

Fund rasing at Hulu Langat 14 mile Chinese School

Dad is the Chairman of the Board of Governer (董事长） of his hometown Chinese Primary School for the last 10 years. Here is dad giving a speech during a fund-raising dinner of 135 tables to raise RM500,000 for the school to furnish their new classroom building. I hope my business will do well and also contibute my part to help the Chinese schools.

On the left is Ale and then right is Czech Pilsner. We had Mackarel spread and wedges for starters, then I had some sausages for dinner. I tried all the different beers they brewed and went home at 11pm.
