Red wine and red onions for health (double red)



This recipe is now the in thing in Japan. 3 big red onion being fermented with a bottle of red wine. Ferment for 10 days and then take 2 spoons 1 hour after dinner. Good for uncontrolled hypertension, fatigue, eye sight, bladder irritability, muscle aches, blood flow, blood sugar problems, bone health, insomnia and general health.
