LOOSE AND RUNNY STOOLS
This is not the same as a single bout of diarrhea caused by a virus or bacteria. It is whereby you get runny stools that are not truly formed. It could be a weak spleen function.
What to do:
1). Eat plenty of raw veggies
2). Add garlic, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and onions to your meals.
3). Drink warm drinks - tea or just water.

Your colon is rather unclean.
What to do:
1). Give yourself an enema or a colon cleanse.
2). Eat a diet high in fiber
