Literally everyone who has gone to Hong Kong has tried the roast goose in Yung Kee, or may be not :-). Yung Kee is in HK Central and reputedly the best roast goose anywhere. The restaurant spans over several floors and is always packed be it lunch or dinner, weekdays or weekend.
